It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more. Or maybe you have a creative skill to share with the world. Maybe you want to kickstart your career or get started on a new one.

Whatever it is, the RDC Development Team would like to support you in the next steps towards a brighter future by awarding 25 applicants with $3,000 towards their education.

Recipients will be selected by a third-party, Scholarship for America, based on academic record, demonstrated leadership, and participation in school and community activities, unusual personal or family circumstances, and an online recommendation.

Who can apply?

• All students in grades 9th-12th grade*

• All adults that have graduated high school*

• All current college undergraduates*

*All applicants must be residents of Williamsburg Houses.*

What can I use the award for?

All forms of undergraduate study, including accredited two or four-year college, university, or vocational-technical school
