Below is a completed mock up unit showcasing the proposed scope of work for the apartments at Williamsburg Houses. We installed as much of our final scope of work as possible, with the exception of heating systems (e.g. radiators - which would require the building to be vacated) and the windows, which are still in the works, amongst other improvements.

Please note: Residents with hardwood floors will be able to keep them and they will be refurbished. The floors shown will replace the flooring in units with tiles (as shown in the before). The apartments will not be furnished; however, appliances such as the stove & refrigerator will be provided.
